5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, meaning withdrawal is possible only after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only granted after a real money deposit.
• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address or device.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
• yan168 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Once a promotion expires, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

7.1 General Gaming Rules

• All bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical issue, it will generally be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game results, which is completely fair.
• If any player exploits a software error or bug to gain an advantage, that win will be considered void.

7.2 Sports Betting

• For bets on cricket, football and other sports, the official result of the match will be considered final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, yan168's decision regarding the relevant bets is final.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Using artificial methods to exploit the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Conducting hacking, cracking or any form of cyber attack.
• Playing games using software bots or automated tools.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Filing false claims or complaints against yan168.

9.1 Closure by yan168

yan168 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account being inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your own account at any time by requesting our support team. If the wagering requirements on any pending bonuses have been met before the account is closed, it will be possible to withdraw the applicable balance.

yan168 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by your device or software.
• Delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
